Tubing

Looking for speed without strapping in? Enjoy the excitement of snow tubing at Sugar Bowl or Boreal this winter season. Sugar Rush Tubing at Sugar Bowl is open for weekends, and riders must be 42″ tall to enjoy the fun. Snowplay is available for those who don’t meet the height requirements. Bouldering

Enjoy Black Wall on Donner Summit for some classic granite routes. This is the perfect activity for clear, dry winter days! While you’re up there, cruise to the Rainbow Bridge lookout and enjoy beautiful views of Donner Lake and the Sierras.

Climbing

If you’re looking for a warmer option with guaranteed conditions, High Altitude Fitness offers 12,000 sqft of climbing in Truckee! Enjoy 49′ top rope routes and a 15′ bouldering area.
